Entering Pre/Post

Trip data

At the start up screen.

Press the blue circle to start

At the Home Screen
Press Inspection

Select Perform Inspection

Select Bus Inspection to complete a Pre or Post Trip Inspection.

* If vehicle is wheelchair equipped select W/C Bus Inspection

This form is the same as the paper based NJMVC inspection report.

Press the text field and enter the required information. Then press Next.

* The arrows will move the page up/down if you need to enter additional information. Example: Ending Mileage

Items Before Operating:

All Inspection items are marked with a green check (‘OK’). If the item is in need of repair press the green check to mark it with a red X.
Use the arrows to scroll down the page until you reach the bottom

Items During Warm Up:

Repeat as above.
Use the arrows to scroll down the page until you reach the bottom

*If you selected the wheelchair Inspection form there will be one more page of W/C specific items

Check Results and Send:

This page summaries the entries you made and any failed items

Use the arrows to scroll down the page until you reach the bottom

Press Send
