All drivers and aides are required to log in & out after each run.

Your daily DVIR (PreTrip Inspection)

If there are NO FAILED items you should use the paperless tablet based inspection as instructed in the video below.
If there are failed items or you require immediate repairs please use a paper pre-trip form, complete the front and back and submit it to the appropriate staff members at your assigned yard.

If you are a park out driver and require repair contact the office BEFORE your run to determine if you need to bring the vehicle in to the yard for repair or obtain a replacement vehicle.

Finally, if your Synovia equipment is not working you should revert to paper based pre-trips and submit the Synovia repair as you would any repair item.
